Are you still shipping as normal?
Yes! We're currently able to offer same day despatch from our warehouse Monday to Friday on all orders if placed before 3pm.
Covid-19 is affecting couriers across the country, and a small percentage of orders will find there may be delay of a couple of days. The tracking information we provide will highlight this. This is constantly changing and we will update this section if we are advised to do so.
We'll be communicating any significant delays about your order using the email address you provided at checkout.
Can I still purchase from your website?
We're happy to say we're 100% fully operational and can process all orders, and communicate with you as normal. We recommend ordering to an address that you'll you know you have access to, such as your home. Business addresses may have restricted access depending on the organisation and any further government updates.
Can I change my delivery address?
We despatch orders so quickly as we offer same day despatch, so if you want to change your delivery address, please get in touch before we've despatched it via our social media pages or via out contact us page.
How long do I have to return my items?
Our return policy is 60 days so you have plenty of time to return your items to us. We'd advise checking your local Hermes drop off to see what their operating hours are.
What is bamae doing to ensure the safety & wellbeing of its staff & supply chain during these times?
The wellbeing of our staff is paramount, and we are following all necessary government guidelines to ensure risk is at its absolute minimum.
Staff are working from home where applicable. and all surfaces and equipment within our warehouse are cleaned daily, with social distancing guidelines adhered to.
We have worked closely with our supply chain to ensure they too are following healthy and safety government guidelines.
We all need to pull together during this time, and we will come out of this stronger and more united.
