Caring for your Resistance Bands
For best results, hand wash in cold water only. Rinse completely and dry immediately after washing before placing the bands in a cool, dry place with good airflow. Like other latex-based products, avoid the use of bleach, dryers, irons or dry cleaning to maintain shape, elasticity, and function. Keep out of direct sunlight as natural latex changes colour.
