It will help your mind remember and build a routine in doing this and after you have done this for a week, you can then look into yoga for beginner videos and start small with simple poses.
Struggling with drive and an interest? Passions can be found by looking at so many different things. You need think: what is your purpose and values in life and what can lead to a positive change.
